The Save Project collects as little personal information as possible. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you choose to provide
This website does not currently contain a contact form or account system. When you call, text, or email us, you voluntarily provide your contact information and anything else you include in that communication. We use that information only to respond to you and help with your request.
Information collected offline
When you meet with Carl Marquis at an event or another in-person appointment, you may choose to provide contact details, an electric bill, utility account information, household-income qualification information, or other information needed to check eligibility and assist with enrollment. Carl Marquis collects this information as a paid community solar sales representative for Enchantment Acquisitions, LLC, an authorized partner of Zia CS Services, LLC d/b/a Solscribe, an affiliate of Affordable Solar Group, LLC. Information collected offline is used only to answer your questions, check eligibility, assist with enrollment, maintain required records, and comply with legal obligations. Paper and electronic copies are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and are then securely deleted or destroyed, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Basic technical information
Our website host and security providers may automatically process limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, approximate location, and security-related logs. This information is used to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and understand general website use.
Cookies and tracking
The Save Project does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Our hosting or security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to operate and protect the website. If we add analytics or other tracking tools later, this policy will be updated.
Enrollment and outside websites
When you select an enrollment button, you leave The Save Project and visit a Solscribe enrollment website operated for the program associated with Zia CS Services, LLC d/b/a Solscribe, an affiliate of Affordable Solar Group, LLC. Solscribe, Enchantment Acquisitions, LLC, utilities, government agencies, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices and policies. The Save Project does not control how those organizations collect, use, or protect information submitted on their websites.
How we use and share information
We use information you provide to answer questions, assist with community-solar enrollment, maintain records of our communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with a service provider when necessary to fulfill your request, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain communications only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information that you previously provided directly to The Save Project, subject to legal or recordkeeping requirements.
